Census Bureau: More women than men in Boston in 2019

Of the 1,318 people living in Boston in 2019, 57.8 percent (762) were women and 42.2 percent (556) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Georgia Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 427-to-302. In the 65 and over age range, there were 113 females and 126 males.
