On Sunday, March 16, former Colquitt County High School standout Carli Pearson’s current college team, the Winthrop Eagles, won 10-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Longwood Lancers.
The game took place at Terry Field. This was their third matchup against the Lancers this season.
The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 6 p.m. at Patriots Point Athletics Complex against College of Charleston Cougars.
