In the fourth quarter of 2023, Pruitthealth - Valdosta, LLC stood out as the second largest nursing home in Lowndes County, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Data shows that the nursing center had a total of 98 beds available, six more than the average in Lowndes County as of the fourth quarter of 2023. They aided an average of 79.6 residents during that period.

Pruitthealth - Valdosta, LLC had an overall rating of 3 from the CMS, which is higher than the average of 2.5 recorded for nursing homes in Georgia.

During the quarter, Pruitthealth - Holly Hill, LLC stood out as the largest nursing home in Lowndes County, with 100 beds available. Pruitthealth - Lakehaven, LLC came in third place, with 90 beds available.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Pruitthealth - Valdosta, LLC has spent a total of $3,317 in one fine and suffered one penalty.

In total, there were four for-profit nursing homes in Lowndes County, Georgia.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
