How many people were old enough to vote in Telfair County during 2021?

Of the 12,860 citizens living in Telfair County in 2021, 79.7% were old enough to vote, equating to 10,249 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 6,051 were male, constituting 59%, and 4,198 were female, making up 41%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Telfair County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 76.2%.
