Turner County is considering applying to the Georgia Department of Community Affairs for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) of up to $1,000,000 (single activity) or $1,250,000 (multi-activity). These funds must be used to primarily benefit low and moderate income persons.
More specific details will be provided at a public hearing, which will be held at 10:00 A.M. on March 30, 2023, at the Turner County Courthouse Annex Building, 208 East College Avenue, Ashburn, Georgia 31714.
