In partnership with the National Weather Service, the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency (GEMA/HS) has declared March 6-10 Flood Safety Preparedness Week. EMA Lowndes encourages all Lowndes County residents to learn about and prepare for possible flood events.
