Congratulations, Commissioner Joyce Evans!
This past Wednesday evening Commissioner Evans was one of the recipients of PepsiCo's 2023 Stronger Together award at their Black History Month Program. Commissioner Evans is a phenomenal leader, champion for Lowndes County and is committed to our community and its residents.
