Over the weekend multiple public safety agencies from our area participated in active shooter training which included Lowndes County Fire Rescue and Lowndes County 911. The training allowed our public safety agencies a chance to sharpen their skills while ensuring they are always prepared and effective when responding to different types of emergency situations.
A huge thank you to the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office - Valdosta, Georgia for hosting, teaching, and allowing us to be a part of such an invaluable training.
