This past Saturday, Commissioner Joyce Evans helped sign up children for Dolly Parton's Imagination Library at the 2023 Winter Wonderland event at Southside Recreational Center. Dolly Parton's Imagination Library launched in 1995 and is a book gifting program that mails free, high-quality books to children from birth to 5 years old, no matter their family's income. In 2022. the program mailed 2 million books each month globally.
We appreciate Commissioner Evans commitment to our community and children.
