Another sweet pet adoption story from the Lowndes County Animal Shelter.
Meet sweet Molly. Molly came into the Lowndes County Animal Shelter just over a month ago. When Molly arrived she was very shy and not very trusting of shelter staff. She was also heartworm positive and because of this many people passed by her kennel without a second glance, but not Laura. Laura saw Molly and knew she was the perfect dog for her. She called her vet to inquire about heartworm treatment and scheduled an appointment for Molly before even adopting her. The next day, Laura came prepared with a brand new leash and collar, and she took Molly home!
We are thrilled that Laura and Molly found each other, and we wish them both the best!
