Lowndes County 911 Telecommunications Specialist Kiersten Gregorio, along with Telecommunications Specialist Crystal Barnes and Assistant Team Leader Graycie Eason recently completed the APCO Communications Training Officer (CTO) course. 

During the course, each of them learned the roles and responsibilities of CTOs in an agency’s training program. The skills learned are used to help Lowndes County 911 provide on-the-job training to newly hired Operators once classroom training is completed. The success of new operators is vital to the mission of our organization. 

We are grateful to have employees like Kiersten, Crystal, and Graycie that take on additional tasks to invest in others and help Lowndes County 911 meet its training goals.
