Pronounced shär-ˌkü-tə-ˈrē, the charcuterie board has become a creative way to serve appetizers and wow guests. Entries can be savory, sweet, or a combination of both. The charcuterie boards will be judged based on theme, appeal, creativity, and taste. Contestants are encourage to decorate their tables as well.
The Charcuterie Contest: Battle of the Boards is open to everyone. The contestants from last year were amazing- and everyone had a great time!! And... we will be selling tickets at the door for everyone to come out and enjoy the event!
This year we are planning a "PORCH PARTY" before the event with Cornhole games, food, drinks and a Silent Auction!
Winners will be announced the night of the event no later than 7 pm. Awards will be given based on a weighted point system. The highest scoring board overall in the competition will receive Best of Boards. Additional awards will include Peoples’ Choice, Tastiest, and Most Creative.
