Community Engagement officers joined MCPS students this week at an outdoor festival in Wheaton. There was food, dancing, games, a moon-bounce, face painting, and giveaways for community members.
Sgt. Hargrove talked with students about the difference between calling 9-1-1 for emergencies and contacting the non-emergency number, 301-279-8000, to report minor incidents.
