Cost of college went down for all students at Thomas University

Tuition and fees fell 5.6 percent for 2018-19 at Thomas University, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Georgia students paid $16,940 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 93 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 71 students received grants or scholarships totaling $699,795 and 71 students took out student loans totaling more than $607,684.

Including all undergraduates (1,310), 674 students used grants or scholarships totaling $2.6 million, and 675 students took out $5.7 million in federal student loans.
