Colquitt County High School standout Carli Pearson’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Saturday, March 22

On Saturday, March 22, former Colquitt County High School standout Carli Pearson’s current college team, the Winthrop Eagles, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs.

The game took place at Brinkley Softball Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Runnin’ Bulldogs this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 2 p.m. at Betty Basler Field against East Tennessee State Buccaneers.
