Adams Exterminators has opened a new office in downtown Thomasville, marking an expansion of its operations in Southwest Georgia. The company, which specializes in pest control and crawlspace solutions, had previously served the Thomasville area from its Moultrie location due to rising demand.

“We had been receiving more and more calls from Thomasville requesting our services,” said Stuart Sinyard, Vice President of Adams Exterminators. “Eventually, we made the decision to invest in a permanent office here.”

The company offers services including general pest control, termite protection, and crawlspace encapsulation. Each service is tailored to the specific needs of individual properties. “Each structure we go to is different and requires a customized plan,” Sinyard said. “What sets us apart is the time and attention we dedicate to every job, and we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service.”

Adams Exterminators also plans to be active in the local community by supporting schools through sponsorships and participating in events such as the Fall fair and the Thomasville Christmas Parade.

The new office is located near the St. James development in a revitalized building designed to fit with downtown’s character. “We’ve always wanted to open an office in Thomasville. The charm of the downtown area and the growth we’re seeing here made it the perfect opportunity,” Sinyard said. “We were inspired by the development across the street and worked to make our office blend seamlessly into the area’s character. We’re proud of the final result and hope the community enjoys it too.”

Looking forward, Adams Exterminators intends to expand its presence further in Thomasville by creating jobs and increasing investment locally. “This community is a true jewel in Southwest Georgia,” Sinyard added. “We are thrilled to be here and thankful for the overwhelming support we’ve already received.”

Imagine Thomasville welcomed Adams Exterminators at a ribbon cutting ceremony for their grand opening.
